Circle Square Buildings 2, 3 & 4 are commercial office towers joined by a common basement. Totalling 400,000 sq ft of
accommodation the buildings house high specification office space, co-worker and studios, together with retail units, bars,
restaurants and music venues at lower levels. The office space is to be Grade A, with exposed steel columns, twin lifts (first
outside of London in UK), with elevations of terracotta vertical and horizontal fins between floor to ceiling windows, with views
