Project Description -

Circle Square Buildings 2, 3 & 4 are commercial office towers joined by a common basement. Totalling 400,000 sq ft of accommodation the buildings house high specification office space, co-worker and studios, together with retail units, bars, restaurants and music venues at lower levels. The office space is to be Grade A, with exposed steel columns, twin lifts (first outside of London in UK), with elevations of terracotta vertical and horizontal fins between floor to ceiling windows, with views over the central green space.

The development is situated in the heart of the Oxford Road corridor, Manchester`s innovation district, and will create a new city landmark.

In addition to these works, the site houses other mixed use schemes including residential and student accommodation, multi storey car park and hotel (also RBA), complete with public realm space. Circle Square will create active and open street frontages and its unique design and quality will provide a destination unlike any other in Manchester.
