Project Description -

Gateway 45, Leeds is a joint venture development between Evans Property Group and Harworth Estates, who have obtained Planning permission for a 165 acre logistics and manufacturing hub.

The 165 acre site, situated at J45 of the M1 is set to attract occupiers with large requirements who will benefit from being within the Leeds Enterprise Zone.

The 20 acre first phase incorporates Leeds City Council’s 1,000 space park and ride transport interchange, and circa 200,000 sq ft of development on the remaining land for which AVL LLP are seeking permission for motor dealerships and a petrol filling station.

The first phase of infrastructure works opens up the 25 acre Phase 2 site which can accommodate up to 500,000 sq ft of industrial, advanced manufacturing, storage and distribution space, which could generate up to 700 jobs. Phases 3 and 4 can deliver a further 1m sq ft over 2 buildings, and future phases add in excess of 600,000 sq ft.
