Project Description -

Demolition of existing buildings and construction of mixed use office (8,000 sq ft) and residential development (40Nr apartments) including basement car park.

The residential element of the scheme is part pre-sold to One Housing Group, with the remaining units being sold to private purchasers. The office accommodation is pre-let to Kone plc.

The site is bounded by residential users and also a Network Rail viaduct which has required significant consideration and consultation throughout the scheme’s development.
