Project Description

Located at a gateway corner to the city, 33 Wellington Street, formerly known as Benson House has been refurbished to the highest possible standard. It provides circa 76,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation together with generous basement parking for new long term tenants, solicitors Walker Morris LLP. The design-led building features floor-to-ceiling glass façades, a unique south facing courtyard, three new feature entrances, a rear extension and external feature lighting. The existing podium car park has been transformed into a feature landscaped deck.

Shell and Cat A office works were completed by the appointed contractor, GMI Construction Group plc, in early 2019. RBA have managed the procurement and delivery phases for the Shell & Cat A works including the competitive tender process, ensuring conformance to OJEU competition regulations, on behalf of Lancashire County Council, and have worked closely with both the employer, the tenant and their team to ensure successful and timely delivery.
