Project Description

Redevelopment of the existing Opera North estate to provide a world-class performance and rehearsal facility at the new Howard Opera Centre.

The works comprised the construction of a new glass atrium, box office, performance venues, education studios, additional rehearsal spaces and office facilities for Opera North personnel. In addition, the scheme incorporates a new restaurant along New Briggate to welcome guests to the new facility.
