The project comprises full strip out, refurbishment and extension of the existing vacant Rackhams department store to form mixed use accommodation within Altrincham’s “Stamford Quarter”.
The new accommodation provides natural linkage and synergy (both geographically, and in product type) between other Bruntwood owned and operated space in adjacent Sunningdale House, Kingfisher House and Station House properties, and will provide mid sized office suites, together with retail and commercial offerings and other amenities at ground and lower ground floor levels.
In addition to the construction works, the wider development includes extensive public realm upgrades to link public transport hubs to the increasingly popular and lively Stamford Square.
