Project Description

The project comprised construction of a “hybrid” building which incorporates a 1,014 space car park at levels 1-9, and a 158 bedroom Premier Inn hotel above at levels 9-15.

The project formed an integral part of the wider Circle Square development in Manchester and were completed in 2021 by Russell WHBO.

The car park was constructed in structural steel with precast slabs and ramps, and the elaborate facades were formed in composite precast concrete and brickwork panels.
