Forming part of Town Centre Securities PLC’s residential and business development on Whitehall Riverside, the new 478 space multi-storey car park unit and cycle repair hub replaces the existing gravel finished surface car park.
The car park will focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, and the full roof areas is covered with PV panels to provide power to the inbuilt “energy centre”, which supports EV charging and other electrical forms of transport.
The MSCP will have a high quality aesthetic finish – with the 13 storey structure being clad in a mix of brickwork and aluminium vertical fins. The ground floor of the building shall incorporate circa 5,300 sq ft of Class E retail/leisure space – to augment other site wide ground floor uses and provide active frontages.
