Project Description

Block 22 sits within the heart of the Alderley Park, Mereside campus, offering life science businesses flexible office and laboratory space.

The project is a full refurbishment of 70,000 sq ft of space, over 5 floors, providing new high quality CAT A biology and chemistry lab areas, as well as refurbished core and ancillary space.

The works also include alterations and enhancements to the existing facades and external areas.
