RBA Role - Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager
This project involves the replacement of combustible cladding with non-combustible materials. The building sits within the Clarence Dock area of Leeds, and comprises circa 200 apartments over 11 floors.
The project is challenging in nature due to the tight access constrains adjacent the dock, with the building to remain fully occupied throughout the works.
RBA are engaged as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, and have been supporting LIV Group to obtain third party funding.
